Catherine loves using her native Guernsey home as inspiration for her pieces. This necklace is named after a collection of boulders in a circular dugout that can be found at the south-western point of the island on Pleinmont headland. In local folklore the site is linked with fairies, witches, and elves and as such the locals call it the Fairy Ring.
